LVSA

LVSA is a Swiss construction company handling residential, commercial and public-works projects. Their team juggles hundreds of quotations, ongoing sites, subcontractors and clients every quarter.

Before working with Nelo Solutions, their process lived across spreadsheets, email threads and generic tools that were never designed for the construction workflow. Information was scattered, quotations took too long to prepare, and leadership had no real-time visibility on the pipeline or on active sites.
